Melissa Daley has over 25 years working on all sides of entertainment  and is well known for utilizing her years of experience in the business to position talent for success within the industry.

 

She began her career in Philadelphia and NYC as a full service agent and talent scout, developing and working actors and models of all ages with Agencies like Ford, Wilhelmina, Elite and IMG, who have since  been seen on major TV series, feature films, covers of magazines, billboards, reality TV and continue to see major success today. (Krysten Ritter) The fast paced celebrity laden lifestyle was no small challenge but Melissa excelled and became known for her keen eye for talent by respected industry players.

 

Melissa then satisfied another passion by parlaying those skills into working with rising talent in the music industry, developing artists and helping to procure connections and bookings which led to major label deals and a reputation for having an incredible ear for emerging artists.

Due to her exposure in the markets, combined with her dynamic personality, she was scouted herself and put on radio and TV, this time by CBS Broadcasting. She began as an ON-AIR talent, live event host and correspondent and ended up in 3 major markets; ​NYC, Phila. and DC. 

 

 During her time with them she introduced bands at hundreds of concerts, interviewed rockstars and celebrities ( Ozzy, Jimmy Page,Chris Cornell) and was eventually signed to Steinberg Talent where they worked her into hosting  shows on the comedy circuit ( Lisa Lampinelli, Rich Vos).

 

She then was brought into William Morris Agency for television doing stints on MTV with Kid Rock, on CBS- hosting a music series called 'Wired', and Comedy Central shooting the early pilot for The Dave Chappell Show and later with Abrams Artists where they created a Hosting division around her success at being one of the first 'live' talents when TV began crossing over to reality based programmingg.

She also worked with major sports teams at tons of events and games( Eagles, Phillies, Devils, Flyers) to name a few...as a gameday emcee, co-hosting the Coaches Show with Andy Reid and being hired by Jon Bon Jovi to be his Arena Host for his football team, the Soul.

Melissa has recently tried something new and has now added, 'beloved Theater Director' to her resume, Directing shows like Annie, Anastasia, Addams Family and Grease to sold out audiences and adoring casts, gaining acclaim for her set design, costuming, acting coaching and Directing skills.

 

She is  currently  working as Creative Director on several music projects and is the Director and the star Vocal and Performance Coach at her own music school - Delco Rock School, which serves as a hub for working with talent of all levels from novice to touring musicians. There she is able to take her years of acting, performance, classical voice training and songwriting skills  and combine it with her entertainment and ROCK and ROLL resume to bring all that experience to the public.

 

Melissa is recently known for  coaching talent on NBC's 'THE VOICE' where she is credited for creating, with her talented vocalist, one of the Top Ten best 4 chair turns in the show's history. But she will tell you her biggest moment to date happened when Eddie Vedder gave her a shoutout at a recent PJ concert and had a conversation with her from the stage telling everyone about her and the her music school. Woah!
